Diamond suspensions
We offer wide range of suspensions of polycrystalline and monocrystalline diamonds with grain-sizes from 1/10 µm to 45 µm.
There are four types of suspensions:
- Two in One – suspensions on water base, ready for use, no lubricant needed.
- High concentrated diamond suspension Poly Top and Magnum Top on water base. For preparation is Lubricant Yellow needed.
- High concentrated diamond suspension Poly and Magnum Green on alcohol base. For preparation is Lubricant Blue needed.
- Diamond spray Polycrystalline on alcohol base.
Our standard bottles are 250 ml, 500 ml with and without spray-head, 1 Liter, 2,5 Liters and 10 Liters.
We offer also customized packages.
Oxide suspensions
Polishing pads
We offer wide range of polishing pads, made of synthetic and natural material for all kind of specimens.
Self-adhesive as well as metal backed and ready for use for magnetic systems.
All polishing pads in standard sizes of 200mm, 250mm, 300mm и 350mm are permanently on stock.
If you polishing machine is equipped with not-standard platen, please let us know, we cut out your special size pads.
One unit contains 5 pieces of pads, however we can create for you your special package.
Quick-Step
Hard synthetic fiber cloth – for diamond polish sizes between 6 µm and 20 µm, to polish Ceramic Samples also suitable for 3 µm.
For both manual and automatic preparation and as an replacement for lapping systems.
Suitable for non-embedded and embedded specimens.
Extremely high edge sharpness can be achieved.
Step-Plus
Medium-hard synthetic fiber cloth – for diamond sizes between 1 µm and 6 µm.
For both manual and automatic preparation.
Suitable for non-embedded and embedded specimens.
Jazz-Pus
Firm, dense and hard non woven polishing cloth with a buffed polyurethane open porous structure. To be used for 6µm and finer to polish hard and soft materials.
Samba-N
Medium-hard woven cotton polishing cloth – for diamond sizes between 1 µm and 6 µm.
For both manual and automatic preparation.
Suitable for non-embedded and embedded specimens.
Swing-Plus
Flocked universal polishing cloth with very low flock density – for diamond sizes between 1/10µm and 6µm and suitable for oxide polishing systems such as aluminum oxide suspension.
For both manual and automatic preparation.
Suitable for non-embedded and embedded specimens.
Ensures an very good edge sharpness and a brilliant grinding surface pattern.
Fox-Plus
Soft synthetic velvet with extremely long nap for universal use for pre-final and final polishing.
Diamonds 6µm, 3µm 1µm and oxides.
Alupol-Plus
Flocked universal polishing cloth with extremely high flock density – for diamond sizes between 1/10 µm and 1 µm and as well suitable for oxide polishing systems.
For both manual and automatic preparation.
Suitable for non-embedded and embedded specimens.
Ensures a very good edge sharpness and a brilliant grinding surface pattern.
Mambo
Chemically resistant, spongy oxide polishing cloth – suitable for polishing with oxide polishing suspension.
Ensures an very good edge sharpness and a surface free from deformation.
We offer also diamond coated polishing pads.
Perfect 6 µm и Perfect 3 µm on base of Step-Plus.
Finish 1 µm on base of Alupol-Plus.
High concentration of diamonds on the surface provide excellent removal rate of material and long life-time of pads.
Only Lubricant Yellow or Lubricant Blue is needed for work with Perfect and Finish.
